Welcome to Formula Fitness & Spirit Fitness health club website.

Located just outside Pontefract we house the BEST gym and fitness equipment in the country. Our men’s and ladies facilities are brand new, enjoy training and getting fit in a friendly environment.

Our facilities have to be seen to be believed, so make a point and call in and see for yourself!

Pound

A full-body workout that usually lasts 45 minutes to an hour, Pound includes exercises that involve alternate squatting and standing to strengthen the inner and outer thighs, buttocks, core muscles, and back muscles. When you arrive at a Pound class, you will be given a mat and ripstix.

Stay Active With Liz

A full hour class designed to hit those calories and burn those muscles and believe me it burns because she's awesome!!!!

HIIT

High-intensity interval training (HIIT), also called high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE) or sprint interval training (SIT), is a form of interval training.
